Hosting

Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, managed by Automattic Inc. (USA) or its affiliates. Data processed in relation to this website, including content, user information, and visitor analytics, is stored on servers located in the European Union. When data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), Automattic uses Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Fingal County Council as Data Controller

Fingal County Council is the Data Controller for the Explore Fingal website and is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing any personal data collected through the Site.

Lawful basis for processing
