Experience inspiring talks and workshops with John Banville and acclaimed Irish writers at the Rush Festival of Writing.

Rush Festival of Writing is a vibrant new literary event bringing some of Ireland’s most celebrated writers to Rush for a day of inspiring conversations and community engagement.

Headline events include an exclusive interview with Booker Prize winner John Banville, alongside bestselling crime authors Catherine Ryan Howard and Andrea Mara; a creative writing workshops with celebrated novelist and playwright Belinda McKeon; discussions on the craft of writing with authors Sinéad Gleeson and Anna Carey; an interview with cultural luminary Eamon Carr of Horslips, plus a rich programme of free talks and children’s workshops designed to engage families and young readers.

Most events are free-of-charge (although reserving a ticket/place is necessary), with tickets for the evening events and creative writing workshop available at www.rushfestivalofwriting.com
