Fingal Parkruns
Experience the local community and explore the outdoors with parkrun a free, weekly event that welcomes everyone to walk, jog, run, volunteer or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
Held every Saturday morning, the 5km parkrun is open to people of all ages and abilities, while junior parkrun takes place every Sunday, offering a fun 2km event for children aged 4–14 and their families.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, looking for a leisurely weekend walk, or travelling with family, parkrun is a fantastic way to discover beautiful parks, green-ways and scenic locations while connecting with local communities. There’s no time limit, no pressure, and everyone is encouraged to take part at their own pace.
With 164 parkrun events taking place across Ireland every weekend and more being added regularly, you can register once and join any event, anywhere in the country.
