Discover Howth’s Wild Mushrooms, Celtic Folklore and Seasonal Flavours on a Special Samhain Foraging Adventure
Join Howth Foraging for a special Samhain mushroom forage in collaboration with Ireland’s own Bill O’Dea. Discover the enchanting world of edible, magical and poisonous fungi while immersing yourself in local folklore, including tales of the Puca and the spirits of Beann Eadir’s dark woods.
After our foraging adventure, enjoy a delicious wild mushroom pizza at the Dog House Tea Rooms, combining nature and culinary delight. Please dress for the weather, bring a small backpack and bottle of water. We will provide baskets on the day to collect mushrooms.
