What to Expect

Start your festive adventure with a cosy cup of hot chocolate before creating your very own pouch of magical reindeer food, ready to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve.
👩🍳 Meet Mrs Claus
Pop into the kitchen and meet Mrs Claus as she prepares her famous Christmas puddings and gets ready for the big day.
🎅 A Fireside Visit with Santa
Let the playful elves guide you to a magical fireside meeting with Santa Claus himself. Every visit is personalised, creating a special moment for each child.
🎁 The Elves’ Toy Shop
No Christmas visit would be complete without a special gift! Every little visitor can choose their very own present from the Elves’ Toy Shop.

Sensory Santa
Christmas should be magical and that magic looks different for every child. Our Sensory-Friendly Christmas experience is designed to be gentle, flexible and welcoming, giving every child the space and support they need to enjoy their own special Christmas moment.
From meeting the elves to spending time with Santa, we’ll do our very best to make the experience happy, comfortable and truly memorable. We may not get everything 100% perfect, but we will always listen, adapt and do everything we can to make your visit feel special.
