Malahide Castle Concerts – Kingfishr
Kingfishr are coming to Malahide Castle this summer, marking a major milestone following a period of rapid growth. The band has experienced a breakthrough, with their single Killeagh reaching number one significantly expanding their audience across Ireland and internationally.
Alongside their touring success, the band has announced the release of their debut album, Halcyon, which has been highly anticipated by their growing fanbase.
Kingfishr have built steady momentum in recent years, developing their reputation through word of mouth and increasingly larger headline performances. Having supported major artists including Bruce Springsteen, George Ezra, James Bay and Snow Patrol, gaining valuable exposure to wider audiences and strengthening their live reputation.
Their sound blends traditional Irish musical influences with contemporary folk, pop and indie elements, creating a distinctive and emotionally powerful style. This has helped them develop a loyal following, further boosted by the success of their live recordings, which reached Ireland’s top album charts.
Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over.
