Jonathan Swift: Savage Indignation - Live at Howth Castle

Howth Castle is delighted to present Jonathan Swift: Savage Indignation, a musical and historical performance written by Gerry Mullins about the relationships of the great writer, Swift.

2026 marks 300 years since the publication of Swift’s most famed literary piece, Travels into Several Remote Nations of the World. In Four Parts. By Lemuel Gulliver, First a Surgeon, and then a Captain of Several Ships, or as most of us know it, Gulliver’s Travels. We are excited to host a double header performance, teamed with a historical talk and a light drinks reception to celebrate this important year.

Performances will take place at 6pm and 8:30pm on Saturday the 20th of June.
