This 60-minute breathwork session is designed to help reset your nervous system and leave you calmer, clearer, and able to actually relax.
You’ll be guided through a blend of techniques—including coherent (belly) breathing, vagus nerve breathing, and box breathing – centered around the natural bridge breath.
Course is led by Darren Wallis, Blissful Breath Teacher,
No experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothes.
