Flavours of Fingal - Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July
Taking place on the first weekend of July at Newbridge House and Farm near Donabate, Flavours of Fingal is the county’s flagship event—and a must-visit for food enthusiasts. Blending the charm of a traditional county show with the energy of a family festival, this two-day celebration brings together everything that makes Fingal special, with food taking centre stage. The much-loved flagship event has been refreshed for 2026 with a stronger focus on a family-friendly atmosphere, while keeping everything visitors enjoy.
Highlights include the Farmer’s Field, hosted by the Fingal Farmers Group. Visitors can see livestock displays, sheepdog trials, alpacas, and both modern and traditional farming techniques. The Horticulture Tent will feature gardening demonstrations, competitions, and expert workshops, including award-winning growers. In the dedicated food marquee Fingal Food Circle members and Fingal Farmers showcase their produce across dozens of vibrant stalls. Highlights include live chef demonstrations spotlighting the very best of local ingredients and Meet the Maker interviews.
Families will love dedicated kids’ zone with theatre, circus skills, crafts, games, and a quiet space to relax. Equestrian events hosted by Fingal Harriers will showcase top competitions. Live music and entertainment in the Walled Garden will add to the vibrant atmosphere.
Enjoy live music, equestrian displays, family-friendly attractions, and a wide range of entertainment. Best of all, admission and activities are free. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport. Limited paid parking is available onsite.
