Located right on Rush North Beach, our wood-fired sauna is the perfect spot to relax and unwind by the sea. Along with the sauna, we have changing rooms, ice baths, cold showers, and direct access to the beach for anyone looking to cool off between sessions. It’s a great way to switch off, enjoy the fresh sea air and take in the beautiful coastal views, with Loughshinny cliffs and Martello Tower to one side and Lambay Island to the other.
Each 45-minute session accommodates up to 8-10 people. Walk-ins are welcomed although booking is in advance recommended.
